Creating what you think you can't have

Extreme times.

Take the bath. You don't have one?

Run warm water into a bowl, frost it with salt, flavor it with oils, dip what you can of your feet into it, close your eyes, wrapped in something soft. Surrender.

Want someone to pamper you? Can't? because we are in a pandemic?

Do it yourself. Plan a day before. Cook for yourself. Preorder the food for tomorrow. Your most decadent dish. Or the simplest pleasure. And then the day after surrender and enjoy it.

You are creative beyond what you could know.

Many of us don't know the extent of our creativity until we are pushed, desperate, starving, afraid.

You don't have to wait until you live or experience extremes to experience the extent of what you are capable of.

It’s simple:

What do you want?

What do you want to feel?

How could you create that experience for yourself? Not next week, not next year, tonight...
